Keys To The Kingdom
Matthew 16:19 NKJV " And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”
Have you ever awaken and felt there was something different about the day? It will feel like there is something positive about the day, and you may feel happy. What you have just discerned was a high holy time. That is a span of time when you can speak blessings over the day, finances, career, home, health, yourself, family, friends and spouse. You can also use that karios moment to do a good deed. The scriptures says, whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap (Galatians 6:7-8 KJV)
This brings us to the keys of the kingdom. The scriptures are an infallible prophecy. In other words, God will honor his word. His word does not hit the ground (1 Samuel 3:19 KJV), It will do what he sent it out to do (Isaiah 55:11 KJV). God has given his creation a command to subdue the earth and everything in it (Genesis 1:28). One of the things you can "subdue" is words. We use them all the time to communicate.
When we look at the power of words, they can hurt someone or love someone. Black sheep's of the family may constantly hear, "you'll never be anything". And as the person grows they will begin to believe what they've always heard. If a person is always hearing positive words and affirmations, they will begin to achieve what they believe.
In the book of Acts, you can see that Jesus specifically addressed Peter.
Peter, used words to "open doors" to three groups of people so that they can enter the kingdom of heaven. On the day of Pentecost in Acts 2 Peter preached to the Jews (spoke words) and three thousand souls were saved that day. In Acts 8 Peter preached to the Samaritans and they believed the gospel and received the Holy Spirit that day. In Acts 10 Peter brought the gospel to Roman centurion’s household, and they, too, receive the Holy Spirit.
Use words to speak blessings over yourself, and you will have the keys of the kingdom!
